Our commitment to you:

  • Priority service - a response time of 4 hours for critical issues – can be upgraded to two hours
  • Designated site engineer – someone who knows you and your site
  • Free phone support - for helpdesk calls of up to 10 minutes
  • Web-based Support Portal - for online job tracking and updates
  • Proactive maintenance - Regular checks of your servers, desktops & firewall with service maintenance summary reports emailed through
  • Improved Labour Rate – your commitment to us means ad-hoc and project work is performed at a discounted hourly rate of $110.00+GST per hour
  • Useful documentation – comprehensive, easy-to-read network documentation, updated twice annually, and a summary report for each round of maintenance
  • Free consultancy – a free annual IT planning session

 

 

Subscription Costs

QuayCare Plus is completely tailored to suit your needs. We will maintain as many or as few systems as you require, at a frequency to fit your budget. All QuayCare Plus plans are billed at an averaged monthly cost, regardless of maintenance frequency.
